As a Credit Team Leader at IDFC FIRST Bank, I manage a team of credit analysts who evaluate and approve mortgage loan applications, ensuring compliance with the bank's policies and regulatory standards. We handle a portfolio of over Rs. 500 crore, covering various products such as home loans, loan against property, and business loans. I have more than eight years of experience in the mortgage industry, having worked as an Area Credit Manager at Piramal Capital & Housing Finance and a Credit Manager at Kotak Mahindra Bank, where I gained expertise in credit analysis, financial analysis, and credit risk management. I have also obtained certifications in SQL data reporting and analysis, and financial risk management, to enhance my skills and knowledge in the field. I am passionate about providing quality and timely service to our customers, while maintaining a high level of integrity and professionalism. I am always eager to learn new things and take on new challenges, as I believe that continuous improvement is the key to success. My goal is to contribute to the growth and profitability of IDFC FIRST Bank, and to advance my career in the credit domain. Recently I have completed FRM Part- 1which will further enhance my capabilities in Credit Risk Management and quality portfolio Build up.
