My coaching clients tend to be in a leadership role and currently facing a challenge that’s impacting their ability to work in a way that reflects their true strengths and potential. If this sounds like you, a coach can help to improve things by supporting you to get clear about what’s really going on and what needs to happen. A good coach will explore with you in a way that encourages you to access your own knowledge and insights that you might have been ignoring or unaware of. They won’t judge you but they will offer challenge and invite you to look at things in new and different ways. I am trained in a lot of different types of coaching (including performance, wellbeing and career coaching, as well as leadership and transformational coaching) which enables me to offer a holistic and integrative approach. This means when I’m working with you I draw on different coaching models and psychologies, to tailor my coaching so that it’s really effective for you, and crucially really respectful of who you are and all the experience you have in work and life. I have worked with leaders and other professionals across many industries including manufacturing, energy, finance, tech, education, local & national government, and the NHS. I am accredited by the professional coaching body EMCC at a senior level, and have completed hundreds of coaching assignments with many different clients. I’m particularly passionate about helping you find practical solutions that can have an immediate positive impact on you and your team, and beyond.
