I have been able to use my effective communication, change management and relationship building skills to create an environment and mindset that result in delivering improvements and providing value-add. My passion is to help organisations better understand how to manage their Compliance, Financial and Non-Financial risks and aim to work with progressive organisation's which promote a positive compliance and risk culture. I enjoy leading and believe in having fun along the way. Embracing changes within business environments, innovative and result-orientated are just some success factors I continually commit to. I spend all my free time at the beach or you may also find me digesting random novels (some favourites are Power, Rich Dad Poor Dad and Atomic Habits) or keeping active at the odd Fitness First class.
