20 Years in Customer Service & Sales Management with a passion for Leadership through Partnership. I have a passion for developing teams and individuals through teaching and inspiring. I respect working for a professional company that values their people, are committed to the development of teams and remains consistent in their approach to business and customer service. I believe that a good leader uses accountability and respectful, transparent communication to be successful. I developed a change management strategy for culture to drive behavioural change and developed a Senior Management Team training program. Mentoring key personnel within was a key role as General Manager as well as creating and developing staff training programs for delivery by Managers. Key responsibilities included, across all areas of the Business, Forecasting, Profitability, Business Planning, Strategic Development, Marketing Systems, Budgeting and Acquisitions, logistics and purchasing. Planning a custom Intranet and CRM for the Company was a key achievement. Consistently exceeding targets, I achieved outstanding sales targets and delivered profitable growth with our service clients. Profitability has consistently exceeded expectations. I have strong experience and a passion for commitment to customer service, coaching, training and inspiring teams and individuals at all stages in their career.
