About Tara Cabion

Executive at one of South Africa’s leading Banks, and a qualified Executive Coach,Life Coach and Breathwork Practitioner. I am all about the real. real life, real shifts and the real work we need to do to access our best yet. I started as a project manager, and over the years have grown to manage multiple programmes, strategic planning, facilitation as well as setting up project management offices defining processes and methodologies. I have a passion for leading and growing teams. Operating at executive level for over 20 years, my strengths include growing people across process definition and SDLC process streamlining, implementation, program management, crisis management and resolution, project office implementation, prioritisation frame work definition, conflict resolution, planning facilitation and strategic facilitation. My Coaching journey was brought on by my passion to empower individuals through meaningful conversations that unravel the “stuckness” of self. The depth and shape of my coaching pivots around pre-conditioned belief systems and the repetition of disruptive patterns. We look not who you are but why you are. Together we unpack the confidence required to break through a debilitating, and often narrowed perspective. My coaching sessions are experienced as gentle yet transformative, with a practical approach to your life’s title – whether that is CEO, Manager, Husband, Wife, Mother, Father, Breadwinner, Entrepreneur, Best friend and/or People Pleaser. Because I’ve done the hard work in the corporate arena, I understand the hunt and desire to have a purpose. Through my own process of seeking and becoming, I’ve discovered the search for meaning, and the right to be more.
