About Tara Caffelle Mpcc

Tara is many things: part owner of Living Bridges Therapy Collective Inc, writer (and soon-to-be published author!), Registered Professional Counsellor specializing in trauma, grief, relationships and men's mental health, enthusiastic community volunteer, and speaker. Since 2008, Tara has supported individuals and couples at the spot where grief and relationships meet to have supportive conversations in the wake of divorce, death, career shifts, and other life-changing events. Tara has facilitated creating roadmaps for growth and healing, and steps forward with loss. In addition, Tara blends her broad experience of marketing and business development to work with non-profit and business owners to EDUCATE, ELEVATE and INTEGRATE compassion in our workspaces using a three-pronged approach that includes education, and creation of a positive mental health culture with teams and providing retainer-based ongoing support for the entire company with a team of social workers and counsellors.
