Concentrates her practice in construction law and litigation. She provides an array of services for her construction industry clients such as contract negotiation and preparation, regulatory compliance, mechanic’s lien and payment bond claims, as well as mediation, arbitration and litigation of contract and payment disputes and defective construction disputes. Her clients include regional and local general contractors, contracting specialties and material suppliers. She assists clients with all phases of construction disputes from investigation and evaluation to litigation if negotiation fails. She has litigated a wide variety of commercial and construction disputes in state and federal courts. Her experience includes projects of varied complexity and size such as renovation and construction of military installations, commercial buildings, single family and multi-family homes, condominiums, schools, hospitals, churches, highways and shipyards.
