About Tara Davis

I use a science-led, empathy-based approach to weave together internal communications and employee wellbeing initiatives with a goal of improving employee mental health and wellbeing AND organizational impact. With a foundation of science, measurement, and employee voices, I create programs that enable employees to be more psychologically and physically healthy. I strategically produce communications, programs, and initiatives that energize employees and tie their work to the mission, increase satisfaction and fulfillment in the workplace, and grow staff commitment to the organization. I consult with and advise executive leaders to craft messaging that meets the needs of employees and provide guidance to bridge the gap between the C suite and staff. I have been an invited speaker/thought leader at National Public Radio, American Society of Association Executives, Ragan Communications, Amazon, the Public Relations Society of America, Young Life, DC Public Schools, Grant Professionals Association, Furman University, and Internal Comms Pro podcast, among others. I have more than a decade of experience in this work that is a blend of industrial organizational psychology, wellness, HR, and internal communications.
