As a strategic HR leader with a strong foundation in both human resources and operational execution, I bring a rare blend of people-centric focus and business acumen to every role. My career began in the U.S. Army, where I led high-stakes HR functions from recruitment and employee relations to performance management and leadership development, under intense pressure and constant change. That experience sharpened my ability to lead with clarity, empathy, and impact. At Blue Origin, I expanded my toolkit by working at the intersection of aerospace manufacturing, facilities operations, and cross-functional project management. I led initiatives that improved process efficiency, enhanced team collaboration, and supported large-scale organizational growth. This operational depth has made me a more grounded and systems-minded HR professional, someone who understands how to connect talent strategy with business outcomes. While I value the lessons gained from operations, my core passion remains in human resources: building strong teams, driving cultural alignment, and helping people grow. I’m now seeking to transition fully back into HR, where I can leverage my dual experience to solve complex challenges and create sustainable, people-first solutions.
