About Tara Guzman

Growing up, I always wanted to help others whether it was just to see them smile or to see them be successful at what they were doing. That passion has stayed with me throughout my life taking me through Executive and Administrative Assistant positions in various industries. My desire to support others brought me on my next path to obtaining my master's degree in School Counseling. This opportunity helped me to learn more about my strengths and weakness as well as gaining more skills. Although I had grown so much, I wanted to continue growing and not have and learn so much more about different industries. I have proven ability to oversee client correspondence, resolve intricate issues, and foster collaborative relationships, and with a focus on achieving client satisfaction. I am meticulous, organized, detail-oriented, adept at managing calendars, preparing compliant documents, and maintaining filing systems while supporting the process of informed decision-making. I am now able to apply these skills, my strengths and passion in my Executive Assistant position at Command Direct.
