I am passionate when it comes to advocating for the needs and rights of persons in need of support. I’ve had the privilege of working with thousands of men, women and children (Nationally and Internationally) advocating “for” them and “against” the injustices they’ve faced. My leadership experience proves to be effective as it relates to business processes, fiscal responsibility, staff and client empowerment, fundraising and program development within human service organizations. Here is a description of how my experience proves beneficial to non-profit organization: My Experience: Organized & Facilitated Community Support Groups for Domestic Violence Victims and Refugee Women.
