Tara brings 29 years of working experiences as a professional at Multinational Companies, State Owned Enterprise, and Government sector, and over 10 years of senior position responsibility as Country Head, Deputy Minister, and Director. Since 2015 Tara was engaged in a State-owned enterprise for the largest port & logistic business. She focused more on developing organization & talent matters, ensuring a healthy and fit for purpose organization to support the business. Five years as Deputy Minister at the Indonesia President’s Delivery Unit (UKP4), Tara was responsible for managing new strategic initiatives of the Indonesian government and facilitating resolution of strategic issues in Indonesia’s development program. She provides insights and de-bottleneck strategic issues of the government in priority areas, such as bureaucracy reform, poverty alleviation, education, investment climate, and energy. Within her portfolio of strategic initiatives includes managing Indonesia’s co-chairmanship of Open Government Partnership (OGP), a global movement with participation of 61 countries that seeks to promote transparency, public participation, and accountability in achieving the country's development and growth agenda. Prior to joining the government sector, Tara has significant experiences working in the private sector with over 21 years of consulting experience in Merger Integration, IT Strategy & Implementation, Program Management, Business Process Improvement, Organization Design, Leadership Development & Talent Management. She has been in several senior leadership position as Associate Partner in Accenture -Indonesia, Country Leader for IBM’s Global Business Services - Indonesia, and President Director/ Senior Client Partner of Korn/Ferry International – Indonesia.
