The Medical Recruiters Network is a platform that brings together medical recruiters, sourcers, and employers for the purpose of peer collaboration. Having spent the last 20+ years in the medical staffing industry, I have built a strong network of recruiters with whom we have shared many successes in placing some very difficult positions. 2020 has been a challenging year for many of us recruiters, I for one, has lost several friends to the pandemic. I have also had hundreds of industry friends loose their jobs, and some placed on unlimited furlough; this holiday season will be one that I have never experienced in my life. With that, my partners and I have co-founded the Medical Recruiters Network ( ) as a support site and a resource for Medical Recruiters.
