With over 30 years of nursing experience and a passion for education, leadership, and personal development, I founded INSPROW Coaching, a coaching and consulting company that helps individuals and teams achieve their goals and improve their performance. As a Registered Nurse, a Professional Certified Coach, and an Energy Leadership Index Master Practitioner, I combine my clinical expertise, coaching skills, and energy leadership framework to empower my clients to unlock their potential and overcome their challenges. I also work as a Registered Nurse Labor & Delivery at Maple Grove Hospital, where I provide compassionate and quality care to mothers and babies during one of the most memorable moments of their lives. I enjoy being part of a multidisciplinary team that strives to deliver the best possible outcomes for our patients and their families. Additionally, I have been an Education Manager at CALS Program, a Higher Ed Academic Dean, and an international presenter for healthcare, demonstrating my versatility, adaptability, and commitment to lifelong learning and growth.
