My passion is guiding students through that process of discovery so they can step confidently into futures that feel both fulfilling and achievable. I help students identify their unique strengths, develop career tools, and embrace opportunities with greater clarity and confidence. Whether I’m facilitating a workshop, coaching one-on-one, or collaborating with colleagues, I bring a strengths-based approach that’s supportive, practical, and yes — even a little fun. I’m proud of the programs I’ve built and the students I’ve guided, but I’m even more excited about the next chapter: continuing to grow, learn, and create spaces where others can thrive.
