About Tara Liston

I love making life easier for customers and for the people who help them. I believe every paying customer deserves to feel satisfied with their purchase, and much of that comes from strong relationship-building and reliable support. I also believe businesses deserve the peace of mind that comes from improved support and stronger customer satisfaction.I build processes and training that reduce repeat problems, speed up handoffs to product, and give teams the confidence to act. My focus is practical: governance that works, escalation paths that don’t create noise, and reporting that turns feedback into roadmap priorities. In my free time I roast and brew a stellar cup of coffee, volunteer building small websites and integrations to help under-funded businesses get online, and tinker with no-code and AI tools to prototype practical, time-saving fixes.
