About Tara McVeigh

I am an emerging social worker, expecting to graduate in May 2025 with a MSW from Boston College, who is focused on creating equitable, inclusive, and innovative solutions within organizations and communities. My passion lies in the education I've received in social innovation, human-centered design thinking, and leveraging creativity to uncover the strengths in individuals and systems to foster progressive change. I have developed a foundation in trauma-informed care, program evaluation, and implementation science, gaining fieldwork experience in both clinical and macro settings. I am striving to continue exploring new ways to elevate voices, particularly those from marginalized and underrepresented communities, and drive meaningful change through collaboration and innovation. Always curious and driven by a commitment to problem solving, I seek opportunities always to contribute to projects that blend creativity, research, and practical solutions to enhance equity, inclusion, and belonging alongside greater deliverable goals.
