As a Shop Manager at SmileDirectClub, I led a team of hourly employees in delivering customer experience and achieving company sales goals. I planned and executed all aspects of sales and operations, such as interviewing, training, coaching, assessing, reporting, and evaluating. I also used cutting-edge technology to scan customers' teeth for dental review. I communicated my store's performance to higher-up executives and handled emergency situations with professionalism and care. Before that, I was the Head of Recruitment at Busy Bees Babysitting, where I was involved in many different aspects of the company. I started as the Operations Manager, coordinating job needs, advocating for over 1,500 sitters, and resolving customer service issues for families in the Phoenix area. After 2.5 years, I moved to the recruitment side, meeting and interviewing more than applicants in person within the first year. I also managed another full-time interviewer, reviewed applications, onboarded new hires, and encouraged paying the start-up costs. I have a degree in Cosmetology from East Valley Institute of Technology, where I learned the skills and techniques of barbering, styling, and nail care. I am passionate about working with people and helping them look and feel their best. I am a skilled multi-tasker, a brand awareness promoter, and a customer service expert. I am always eager to learn new things and take on new challenges in my career.
