As a Contract Manager at Calian Group, I have over six years of experience in coordinating teams and equipment for various projects across Canada. I ensure that the teams are qualified and certified to complete the work scope for different clients, set up and coordinate training, policies, and procedures, and complete hiring of the team. I also manage multiple contracts with a variety of clients, including Public Works, CBSA, Corrections Canada, and various City Police Departments. I am passionate about delivering high-quality results and ensuring client satisfaction. I have a Bachelor's degree in Applied Ecotourism and Outdoor Leadership from Mount Royal College and an Environmental Science Degree from the University of Calgary. I also hold certifications in First Aid, Leadership for Safety Excellence, and Dale Carnegie Leadership Course. My skills include contract management, supervisory skills, and project coordination. I am always eager to learn new things and take on new challenges.
