I’m an experienced and hands-on production leader with over 15 years in the medical devices industry, having grown from a product builder to a team lead, quality technician, and now a production supervisor overseeing a team of 22. Throughout my career, I’ve developed a deep understanding of medical device manufacturing, quality systems, and cross-functional collaboration. I’m passionate about building high-performing teams and ensuring that products meet the highest standards of safety, quality, and compliance. In my current role, I lead daily operations, manage people and performance, and serve as the key liaison between production and global management. I regularly present site updates and KPIs to leadership, and I work closely with planning, engineering, logistics, and quality teams to keep operations running efficiently. My leadership style is supportive yet accountable—I believe in clear communication, structured problem-solving, and creating an environment where people can thrive and take pride in their work.
