Background
About Tara Newman
Professional and highly experienced Head of Change, people leader and Programme manager with over 30 year's experience in Financial services. Strong IT background but also an experienced Operational and Relationship manager. Capable of running extensive programmes and portfolios including Business Transformation, Acquisitions, Legislative and migration projects.I'm passionate about getting change done in the right way, strong risk management mentality but with a pragmatic approach to ensure the correct level of governance is applied so as not to stifle action.I like to use my experience to develop teams and individuals and get great satisfaction from helping others overcome the inevitable bumps in the road that come with projects and programmes.Outcome focused I love nothing more than rolling my sleeves up and mucking in with whatever challenge we are currently facing. This helps me keep in touch with new practices and ideas and allows me to lead by example and feel part of the team.
