As a dedicated counselor and advocate for student success, I specialize in guiding individuals through academic, vocational, and career transitions with clarity and compassion. With a unique blend of experience in college counseling, vocational rehabilitation, and program coordination, I support diverse student populations—including first-generation students, individuals with disabilities, and those navigating complex life circumstances. My work spans across community college settings and state-funded programs, where I develop tailored Student Education Plans (SEPs) and Individualized Plans for Employment (IPEs) to help students meet educational goals and enter high-demand, meaningful careers. I'm passionate about closing equity gaps and creating inclusive, supportive environments where every learner has the tools and confidence to succeed. Recognized as Big Sister of the Year by Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central California, I bring a mentorship mindset to everything I do. Whether collaborating with faculty, connecting with community organizations, or supporting students one-on-one, I lead with empathy, strategy, and purpose. With a foundation in business marketing, I also bring a creative edge—helping promote programs, engage diverse audiences, and develop initiatives that drive impact.
