As Supervisor Records Management, manage 13 staff in Asia, Europe, and North America; analyze and manage GRM portion of Business Development bids and contracts for multiple studies for GRM tasks; responsible for effective resourcing, alignment, training, and ongoing professional and technical development of GRM staff; lead group meetings to ensure study goals are met in a timely and accurate manner; liaise with internal and external clients to assist with establishing best practices and streamlining processes to ensure the best utilization of resources. As Research Coordination Specialist and Project Assistant, coordinated, oversaw and completed all administrative functions on assigned trials, to include, but not limited to, review and transmission of regulatory documents, QC and QA of all project reports, tracking forms, and oversight of all mass mailings and faxes; reviewed regulatory documents for proper content in accordance with FDA, ICH/GSPs, PPD and client company appropriate SOPs prior to submission to the Project Manager, central IRB, Regulatory Affairs and/or the client; performed PPD investigator file reviews and logged outstanding issues in project related tracking tools. As Sr. Documents Technician and Document Technician, provided primary RM and file room support by maintaining multiple studies by sorting, filing, and creating files; responsible for training and mentoring new RM staff; prepared transfers and off-site archival tasks; assisted with developing and presenting RM presentations; created and/or updated information on the department's Intranet as the Department's Gatekeeper. As a U.S. Army Veteran maintained and processed Personnel Evaluation Reports for Headquarters and three companies within the battalion with an above 95% rate to the Department of the Army. Processed grade changes, awards, various pay issues, and requests for military schools in a timely manner.
