As a Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP) with over 11 years of HR experience, I currently serve as a collaborative member of the People team acting as a consultant supporting all levels of the organization. Partnering with leadership to successfully align business objectives and drive HR initiatives to increase organizational effectiveness within the business. Utilizing HR knowledge to manage and support throughout the employee life-cycle. Engaging with leadership to execute core HR processes such as performance management, talent management, compensation, training and development. Helps to create an environment to attract, develop, retain and engage talent throughout the organization to deliver business goals. Responsibilities - Provide coaching and guidance to leaders and associates regarding HR in areas such as policy and procedure- Engage and collaborate with leaders and administration to support the organization’s initiatives- Support in reviewing, interpreting, administering and ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, and company policies and procedures- Assists in determining training needs and developing programs to improve performance and professional development- Handling complex employee relation concerns (investigations, conflict resolution)- Analyzing employee turnover data to collaborate strategic impact plans addressing root causes of issues to provide resolution through a systematic and analytical approach- Uses data and analytics to ensure business leaders make fact based decisions- Assists managers with successful onboarding for new employees and off-boarding for existing employees- Able to lead discussions, influence and negotiate, and effectively engage and communicate with all levels of the organization- Ability to understand the need for change and adjust accordingly to move in the strategic direction that is needed- Handles all responsibilities with a high level of diplomacy and discretion safeguarding confidential and proprietary company and employee information.
