During my extensive community pharmacy career, I have developed a strong foundation in direct patient care and operations management. From leading immunization clinics to conducting comprehensive medication therapy management (MTM) sessions, I consistently focus on improving patient outcomes. My skills in adherence coaching, patient counseling, disease state management, and navigating prior authorization processes have allowed me to build lasting relationships with patients while meeting operational goals in fast-paced environments and ensuring regulatory compliance. During my years with Coram Specialty Home Infusion, I played a vital role in managing complex infusion therapies. I collaborated with interdisciplinary teams of home health and outpatient care prescribers, provided patient education on infusion protocols, monitored therapy outcomes, and ensured compliance with sterile compounding standards. This experience sharpened my clinical judgment and reinforced my ability to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care. As interim pharmacy/branch manager and admissions coordinator, I was also very involved in all facets of the home infusion care model, from verifications of coverage and obtaining prior authorizations to billing, coordinating delivery of medications, and inventory management.
