I’m a results-driven leader with a passion for people, performance, and purpose. Over the years, I’ve built a diverse career spanning behavioral health, information technology, insurance, sales, and business development — and I bring that breadth of experience into everything I do as a Program Director and organizational leader.Currently completing my Master of Science in Industrial-Organizational Psychology, I focus on how ethical leadership, trust, and engagement drive both human and business outcomes. My leadership philosophy blends data-driven strategy with emotional intelligence — creating cultures where people feel valued, motivated, and inspired to deliver their best work.Before entering behavioral health, I held leadership roles as a Director of Sales and Director of IT, managing teams, optimizing processes, and driving measurable growth across multiple industries. From insurance and marketing materials to medical supplies and healthcare operations, I’ve developed a deep understanding of how systems, strategy, and people intersect to create sustainable success.I’m high-energy, organized, and genuinely love mentoring others — whether that’s helping employees grow, developing new leaders, or turning ideas into executable strategies. As a person in recovery, a mom, and a former college athlete (Hall of Fame Inductee, 2018), I lead with grit, grace, and gratitude.I believe the best results come from relationships, not transactions.
