About Tara Stef Miles

Hi, I’m Tara — founder of Taradise Found, musician, mom, and wellness advocate on a mission to help families and their pets heal naturally and live in true freedom. My journey began through my own healing experience. After a traumatic brain injury and chronic pain, I discovered the power of natural healing, plant medicines, and one life-changing shift: upgrading my water. What started as skepticism turned into transformation—my pain lifted, my energy returned, and I could play guitar again, pain-free. I knew I had to share this gift. Now, I help others experience the same breakthroughs through innovative water technology that supports the body on a cellular level. I believe that health is the foundation of freedom—and when we heal ourselves, we can help heal others too. Whether you’re looking for a solution for chronic issues, a natural boost for your pet’s well-being, or a way to create time and financial freedom for your family, I’d love to connect and see how I can support your journey. Let’s create your version of Taradise—where healing, freedom, and purpose align. Let’s collaborate! Together we can support even more people to live their most vibrant and amazing lives! Message me and tell me three interesting facts about yourself.
