I am a thoughtful, intentional senior leader with over two decades of experience overseeing diverse portfolios of operational responsibilities in both academic and student affairs while also leading university-wide initiatives and facilitating cross-divisional collaboration. Through the start of my career in management consulting I built a foundation of skills that I apply to my work in higher education and have continued to hone throughout my career. I have extensive experience leading large scale transformations, bringing diverse groups together to achieve common goals, and facilitating change across an institution. I have a strong record of success leading teams in assessing organizational effectiveness, designing new operating strategies, integrating and implementing information technology, and evaluating financial resource allocation. I am personally and professional committed to advancing social justice and to building equitable communities through education.
