With an MSc in Management from Nyenrode Business University and a diverse background in both digital transformation and sustainable business models, Tara has developed extensive expertise in initiating and driving organizational change processes. Her work at Hogeschool Utrecht centers on promoting multi-value creation and bridging digital innovations with sustainable solutions. Previously, Tara gained significant experience in communication, marketing, business development, and sustainability at Koppert Cress. She further enhanced her international perspective during an internship at the Consulate General of the Netherlands in Osaka, Japan. Tara supports organizations in developing a sustainable culture and implementing sustainable business models that generate not only ecological and economic value but also contribute to social impact.
