With extensive experience in higher education and organizational leadership, I am dedicated to driving outcomes that create a positive social impact. With a Ph.D. in Educational Leadership and an M.A. in International Affairs, I bring a unique blend of pedagogical principles and a global perspective to my work as a higher education strategist, instructional designer, facilitator, and college professor.My experience as a leader and educator spans over two decades and has given me a deep understanding of how to deliver impactful outcomes by creating meaningful learning experiences. As a dedicated leader, I've positively impacted the higher education sector, driving successful outcomes for over 5 non-profits by reframing initiatives for diverse audiences. I've facilitated professional development and guided faculty members across 50+ institutions, enhancing student outcomes through innovative e-learning design strategies amid global disruptions in both the U.S. and the Middle East. My facilitation experience spans workshop design and delivery, strategic planning sessions, and cross-sector convenings, creating spaces where diverse stakeholders can align around shared goals.My ability to foster strong relationships with NGO and university leadership has maintained rapport with key stakeholders and ensured consistency during transitions. In crisis contexts, my leadership extends to the design and implementation of research programs in refugee contexts, where I've digitally upskilled 50+ youth researchers across 3 countries, facilitating effective collaboration with marginalized communities.
