Communicator, motivator, leader, negotiator. Professionally, all of these words summarize what I have built my career and my identity around. I have found success due to my commitment to achieving the highest level of excellence in all that I do. My favorite quote that describes me is "If you are going to do it, do it well." With my tenure of Human Resources and management experience, I have gained experience in most facets of organizational management. This includes recruitment, hiring, and retention of employees for human resources; accounts payable and receivable; customer retention, and referral/funding source satisfaction. Personally, I am a lover of all things nature from animals, hiking, to gardening.
