My coaching and consulting practice focuses on helping leaders build strong executive teams, and communicating through transition and change. I bring experience leading from the front lines in SaaS and PE, leadership coach expertise, and an MS in Leadership and Organizational Development to understand and work at the intersection of People, Principles, and Practices. I am available for hourly, embedded, or fractional assignments. In all my work, I embody my belief in the power of AND – logical and creative, strategic and tactical, dependable and (pleasantly) surprising, leader and operator and team player.
