About Tarek Amra

As a Level II Eddy Current Inspector at SpaceX, I work in a cutting-edge non-destructive evaluation team that ensures the safety and reliability of rockets. I apply my ASNT NDT Level II certification and my military aviation experience to perform and oversee inspections on various rocket components and systems, using advanced equipment and techniques. I am also pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Aeronautics/Aviation/Aerospace Science and Technology from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, where I learn about the principles and practices of the aerospace industry. My education complements my work at SpaceX, as I gain a deeper understanding of the science and technology behind rockets and space exploration. My goal is to contribute to the innovation and advancement of the aerospace field, using my skills in NDT, military logistics, and Lean Six Sigma.
