About Taresh Ghei

Hello,I am Taresh Ghei, a Service designer and UX researcher in the Netherlands.I have over 10 years of experience working as a designer and UX researcher with a focus on strategy, user research and end to end implementation to deliver great user experience across products and services, both digital and physical. Through my work, I try to deeply understand and appreciate relationships, behaviours and interactions between people and objects, artefacts, spaces and systems. I try to understand the impact technology has on humans and the effect humans have on technology evolution and use, particularly in human-to-human interactions in the domains of Medical, Healthcare, and Mobility.I bring a mix of Industrial, service design tools and user research methods to all my projects and I enjoy working in diverse multi-cultural teams which enables rich cross-cultural understanding, sensitivity, empathy and exchange of ideas. My strength lies in conducting User Research, Context Mapping, Physical and Digital Prototyping, Journey Mapping and Service Blueprinting. I Strive to proactively close the gap between conceptual design and the reality of implementation. This makes me confident that my designs will see real-life use.Have a project in mind?
