Over the course of my career, I’ve dedicated myself to supporting special needs children in a middle school setting. My role has been multifaceted, allowing me to hone valuable skills. I implement and support behavior-analytic interventions and treatment plans designed by certified behavior analysts. I collect and record data on clients' behaviors and progress to monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of interventions. Working with diverse needs requires unwavering patience, and I’ve learned to provide individualized attention while managing disruptions and maintaining a calm classroom environment. Special education is dynamic, and I’ve embraced various roles—teacher, counselor, and event coordinator—to meet students’ unique requirements. Clear communication with students, parents, and colleagues has been essential, fostering positive relationships and addressing concerns collaboratively. Additionally, I’ve skillfully navigated conflicts among students, fostering problem-solving opportunities and promoting a supportive atmosphere. Handling homeschooling requirements and family expenses has given me practical financial management experience. My commitment to assisting others drives me to tackle any challenge with determination, and I’m ready to contribute my skills to create an inclusive and nurturing learning environment for special needs students.
