About Tarico Williams

As a Senior Managing Partner at Noir Blanc Boutique, I lead and execute strategic business plans, negotiate and structure deals, and drive sales growth through new and existing relationships. I have over eight years of experience in this role, and I leverage my sharp technical, critical thinking, and leadership skills to tackle ambiguous problems and communicate effective solutions. I am also a Telecommunications Consultant with over six years of experience in providing leadership and guidance to several multi-million dollar radio technology projects for the City of Jacksonville. I have a strong proficiency in networking, technical support, and manufacturing process improvement, and I mentor and train police officers on Motorola communication devices. I am currently pursuing my MEd in Leadership and Learning, and I hold a Secret Security Clearance, a Banking & Management Training, and a Management Certificate. I am passionate about linking industry with academia, and I serve on the Advisory Leadership Panel at the University of South Florida, where I provide expert input and feedback on their programs. I am always eager to learn new skills, embrace change, and contribute to a positive and inclusive team environment.
