Hello! I’m a professional with a background in Communications, Business Administration, and a postgraduate degree in Strategic People Management. Over the past 15 years, I’ve built a solid career in Human Resources, working with teams across Brazil, Latin America, and the U.S, in both multinational and national companies across sectors such as agribusiness, pharmaceuticals, energy, and consumer goods. I bring extensive experience as an HR Business Partner, having reported to executives of various nationalities and supported the implementation of HR strategy within the business. I have acted as a coach and trusted advisor to senior leadership, influencing critical people, culture, and organizational decisions. I’ve also led transformational projects focused on capability building and change management. In Talent Management, I led initiatives related to performance, potential, succession, training, development, mentoring, retention, culture, engagement, and diversity. In Talent Acquisition, I managed executive recruitment, vendor and shared service center governance, employer branding, employee experience, and early career programs (internship, trainee, and apprenticeship). In Compensation, I was responsible for career frameworks, workforce planning, compensation strategy (STI, LTI), organizational design, budgeting, and HR metrics.
