About Tarik Saran

Highly motivated and driven to succeed in anything I do. Second place is first loser and I don't accept defeat very easily. Motivated to work hard with work ethics that I learned from my parents. I believe the characteristics that are most important to be go in the following order;"Integrity, Motivation, Capacity, Understanding, Knowledge and last and least Experience. Experience is easy to provide and quickly put to good use by people with all other qualities." My goals are almost beyond reach. There is no such thing as enough. I will always want more because I am never satisfied. I am driven, motivated and extremely dedicated to do what is necessary to achieve my goals. There is never a goal I have not achieved, some may have taken longer then I wanted or expected but I never gave up or lowered my goal to settle for something less. In the end, I will achieve it, no matter what. I grew up watching my parents struggle through the war in Bosnia and moving to America with no knowledge of the language or any money in our pockets trying to make ends meet with 2 minimum wage jobs for each parents just so my siblings and I could have the opportunity at a better life here in America. It's what drives me to be the best that I can be and never give up. I learned my hard work ethics from my parents and owe them for everything I have in my life because it couldn't be possible without the courage they had to leave their entire lives and everything just to give us an opportunity at a better life. That is why I work 12 hour days and sacrifice my weekends for my work because I want to give my family the life they deserve and retire my parents so they never have to work another day in their lives. The fear of the struggle that we went through motivates me to do whatever it takes to reach my goals. I will sacrifice my teens and my 20's so that I can have the life I always dreamed of and nothing will stop me because defeat or giving up is something I have no knowledge of!
