Tarika Ahuja is an international Wellness Coach with over 10 years of rich and deep experience in Natural Wellness Medicine and Macrobiotics. She studied at the Natural Epicurean Academy (state the location), The Kushi Institute and completed Advanced Counselling & Cultural Medicine Programs with Verne Varona (state the location). She is also certified in Reiki, Theta healing, Access Bars and Pilates. Her own healing journey has inspired her to create Sacred Swan, an organization which supports women & children to be healthy and fulfilled; by connecting with nature and their own creative spirit. She offers one-on-one wellness sessions, talks, workshops and mom & kids retreats amidst stunning nature locations. She also provides consultancy to a number of health aware food companies.
