Accomplished professional with a strong background in EdTech, customer success and program management, driving significant growth and engagement globally. Proven track record in enhancing e-learning adoption, customer satisfaction, product improvement and operational efficiency to drive superior educational outcomes. Recently graduated with a Master's in Education (Learning Design, Innovation & Technology) from Harvard Graduate School of Education. I started my career with a Boston-based SaaS company, EnglishHelper, working on their two major projects - RightToRead, which concentrated on improving English comprehension skills for government school students, and EnglishBolo, their online language learning program for the job-seeking youth. Moving from an implementation-based role, I had an opportunity with Pramath Raj Sinha and JS Institute of Design, to focus on Strategy and Operations. During my role, I helped strategize as well as market the institution and ran their Program Operations and Admissions and ensured uninterrupted education delivery during the COVID crisis. All of my experience in the education industry led me to join a global leader in EdTech and currently am a Digital Product Specialist at Harvard Business Publishing. Here, I work with their customer success and support team and help with e-product training and adoption for the Higher Education market of USA, India, APAC and the Middle East. Football and dogs pull on my heartstrings! I am a huge Liverpool fan and have street pups I call my own in every corner of the city. I spend my free time reading Manga, watching Anime or baking up a storm for my friends and family. I am passionate about theatre, and have spent most of my life acting and directing. I love live music, painting and collecting a piece of jewelry from every place I travel to!
