Through employment opportunities in not only banking but human resource and administration, I’ve been able to acquire many skills that will provide success within your organization. Records keeping and auditing have been greatly reinforced through banking environments, as well as having developed and refined personal customer service etiquettes. Furthermore, my employment with the Center for Autism and Related Disorders (CARD), has granted me corporate human resource and administrative experience, with knowledge in clerical, administrative, and record software, staffing requirements and regulations (Human Resource), clinical healthcare regulations regarding HIPAA privacy acts, training and development, scheduling, contracting and 3rd party resourcing, as well as a multitude of general clerical and organizational skills. Not every organization operates on the same platform or mannerism, but regardless, all tasks will be learned and perfected scrupulously and with the utmost tenacity. Besides my applied skills and 4-year education, I will bring a team focused, approachable, and high energy demeanor to the organizational workplace; adding to the organization's healthy workplace environment and esprit de corps.
