About Tarinna Terrell

Counselor, trainer, motivational speaker, licensed clergy, and adjunct professor dedicated to the emotional, professional, personal, and spiritual development of people. I have been educated at the highest levels at institutions such as Harvard, Howard, and Temple Universities which has given me a broad range of knowledge, experiences, and expertise. I am employed with the DC Pretrial Services Agency in Washington, DC for 20 years. I have provided substance abuse counseling services, case management services, and trainings for 15 years. I currently function as a Human Resource Training Specialist. I am also a solopreneur for Tarinna Olley Therapeutic Services LLC in which I provide trainings and consultations in the arenas of mental and emotional health, global leadership, and project management. I have held workshops and presentations at conferences, universities, churches, community centers, and schools both domestically and abroad. I have provided individual and group counseling services and trainings to help those who have experienced some of life’s most toughest problems. In the words of Langston Hughes, “life has been no crystal stair for me”. Many days I thought I would lose my mind after experiencing a horrible divorce, traumas, and infant loss. This impacted my work performance and my life. But these tough experiences helped me find my voice. I conduct an annual international training called STARS-GMT (Sexual Trauma and Restorative Services-Global Mission and Training). Trainings have been held in Nigeria and Ukraine to date. My Why? I know what it is to feel broken and low. I know what it is to experience trauma. So, now I teach and educate people on how to find purpose in their pain. Pain has been one of my biggest motivators. My personal philosophy is that of a butterfly in which we I believe we all have cocooned experiences and that we evolve and birth at the appointed time. Are you ready to push pass the pain and mental strain. I know I can assist you. I offer group programs and individual training sessions that will literally make your life and thinking brand new! I also provide corporate trainings to help employees become more emotionally intelligent. Book a call today. DM me or contact me at tarinnaolley@gmail.com There is no better time to invest in you.
