About Tarnya Braumann
I graduated from Deakin University in early 2022 with a Bachelor of Education (Early Years) distinction, specialising in primary literacy and early childhood arts. I have been working in Early childhood for seven years and have six months of experience as an ECT including educational leader and administration duties for the whole centre. I currently hold a provisional registration with VIT. I am very passionate about Early Childhood Education. I am strongly influenced by Loris Malaguzzi and the ‘Reggio Emilia’ teaching philosophy. In my teaching, I prioritise natural materials, and hands-on learning involving many different sensory experiences. I believe in creating a stimulating and engaging environment creating experiences and provocations that act as a third teacher. I am currently working as a CRT through ANZUK education while I look for my next permanent or part-time teaching role.
