I manage hybrid teams composed of Large Loss and Litigation claims specialists in resolving third party automobile injury cases, subrogation arbitrations and property damage lawsuits. I am responsible for creating workflow and claims processes to ensure efficient, timely and cost effective methods in extinguishing risks against our insureds and customers. I collaborate and provide direction to both our House Counsel and outside Defense Counsel attorneys, utilizing my litigation management experience in multiple venues which include Hawaii, Pennsylvania, Delaware, New York, New Jersey and Florida, Arbitration Forums, NJ Forthright and NY arbitrations). Designated subject matter expert and trainer for both 1st and 3rd party medical billing audit software, as well as 3rd party injury evaluation software (Mitchells Decision Point and Liability Navigator). I am a committed promoter of our company's Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives.
