First, I worked on SAR studies of neuropeptides and identified several selective and potent peptidomimetics. I then entered a doctoral course and started Ph. D project "development of mirror-image screening technology of natural products" that is chemically synthesized mirror-image protein was applied for natural products library. During my Ph. D study, I learned small-molecule chemistry, peptide-chemistry, protein-chemistry, and in vitro assays for protein-protein interaction studies, and got Ph. D degree in 2017. My Ph. D thesis was accepted for Springer Thesis. After graduation, I worked for the pharmaceutical company Maruho as a Medical Science Liaison. I worked on atopic dermatitis research and authored a paper on the mechanism of drug itch inhibition focusing on TRP channels and a consensus paper on atopic dermatitis. Later, as a pharmacology researcher at Maruho, I was involved in drug discovery research on atopic dermatitis, especially on itching and inflammation, as a project leader. I then joined a start-up company, Epsilon Molecular Engineering, as a scientist and was involved in the research and development of mid-sized-molecular modalities such as peptides and VHH, and was a leader in several research projects. I was a leader in several research projects and promoted the research (1 article, 4 patents). Later, I was promoted to VP of the Research & Promotion Section, where I was responsible for planning new research themes, project management, and supported bizdev of collaborative research agreements with pharmaceutical companies. Currently, I joined a start-up company, Heartseed Inc. I am involved in Corporate Planning Department as a Leader.
