About Taru Tapio

Expert, consultant, counselor, instructor, educator, planner, designer, coordinator, developer, innovator. you name it. I could be all of those and more on the social and education field. I have worked over 5 years with children, youngsters and families in different surroundings and situations. My job titles have been for example personal assisstant, instructor, teacher, kindergarden teacher and family worker. Jobs have situated in peoples homes, schools, kinder gardens and organisations. During my studies I participated in subject association action as a member of government and acted as a tutor for new studens. In other words I have met people from different age groups and backgrounds, faced many life situations and conditions, learned how important it is to get support when you need it and to share experiences. Collaboration with different professionals, clients and fellow-men have teached me the worth of teamwork. You can not solve everything alone. We are powerfull together.I have studied a lot. Not only to get new degrees but to keep learning. Studies have kept me and my skills updated in changing world. It is also easier to see world from different perspectives when you have ability to search information and to communicate diversely. I believe that I will always explore things and try to learn. I want to built better world and I believe strongly that world is gonna be better place if people learn to understand each other and to work together. This is also my idea in working life. Co-work with different people equals sustainable results and live-long learning. In social and education field it means that I am there to serve others but also they give me new experiences and understanding. I am ready to do almost everything if I am also respected and valued. The main point to work is that I want to benefit the environment and other people.
