As the Head of Business Operations - Eicher Power Solutions - International Business at VE Commercial Vehicles Ltd, I lead the strategic planning and execution of the business vertical that provides power solutions to customers across various regions. I have over 36 years of comprehensive work experience in the automotive industry, with 32 years in transformational leadership roles within the International Business division of VE Commercial Vehicles Ltd, a joint venture between Eicher Motors Limited and AB Volvo. My core competencies include spearheading business development and turnaround operations, managing profit center operations and customer satisfaction initiatives, and leveraging my strong business acumen and customer centricity. I have successfully engaged channel partners for over two decades in Bangladesh and increased market share in both Bangladesh and Nepal, enhancing brand visibility and customer loyalty. I have also devised and implemented effective go-to-market strategies, developed productive partnerships and strategic alliances, and identified new revenue streams in the South Asia and Middle East markets. I am passionately dedicated to creating value for the company, its customers, and stakeholders by seizing opportunities and overcoming the challenges posed by the dynamic and competitive automotive industry.
