Liasoning, Product Homologation, Certification & Product Development ~ Expert in Vehicle Certification (Exposure to Emission tests, Brakes, Dynamic tests, Engine testing & Safety critical tests, White Body Test),Part Certification and COP(Conformity of Production)~In-depth knowledge of ARAI, ICAT, VRDE,CIRT,TUV (ECE),NRCS(South Africa),GCC related homologation activities.~ Knowledge of Indian and Global regulatory standards such as AIS/IS/EEC/ECE.~ Awareness of various Homologation processes across the globe.~ Experience in preparing Homologation test plans from Initial stage to Final Certification stage for KD as well as CBU (Imported) models & Models for Export markets(Present Regulations & New Regulations)~ Plan, Manage & Implementation experience of New Product Introduction (Projects).~ Technical Member of in SIAM Technical Groups(EnC,CSR & CMVR TSC/SCOE) & BIS(Bureau of Indian Standards) for Regulation formulation and Implementation.~ Expert in Provide regulatory requirements for new projects considering SOP+3 & 5 years input to Product planning, Project Leader, Program Management, Vehicle Integration, Safety, Part Development, Marketing and other stake holders for helping in prepation of Business case, vehicle packaging and first cut-off for variants future list in start of new project (Diesel, Gasoline, Electrical, Hybrid & CNG) and analyse business risk for all future regulation implementation.~ Developing strategy for issues relating formulation, implementation, interpretation and modification of Automotive Regulations and provisions of Motor Vehicles Act / Central Motor Vehicle Rules.~ Experience in selection of certification vehicle as per WCC ( worst case criteria -covering whole range with minimum testing), BIW, Parts, Technical specification & component certification required for Certification in,Budgeting,Certification time lines, in line with Project’s Milestone & Vehicle Launch Plans,co coordinating with Government test agencies & International testing/certification agency.(Countries: Indian, APAC, African & European Markets).~ In depth knowledge about ELV, CAFE1-2 & Labelling, Future Emission(WLTP,RDE,IUPR) ESC, AEBS,E-Mobility, E-Call, Cyber Security, Hybrid & Electric vehicle type approval, BNVSAP -Star rating, Tyre Rolling Emission,CSMS,SUMS and Safety QCO.
