Currently Working as Executive at Bharti Airtel (Transmission Planning, Design & Implementation) BOQ Preparation as per annual projection, ensuring inventory consumption and releasing HLD’s. Preparing Microwave Link Budget with Ericsson, Huawei and ceragon equipment’s, supervising MW LOS Survey. Resolving MW Hops interference issues by proper frequency band planning, Optimization of MW Link to meet N/w availability & High QAM and BW. Planning the sites in cooper or fiber media where MW is not feasible. Coordinating with Bharti airtel KK Circle Operation, Business & Sells Team, Ericsson & Ceragon team. Supporting Operation team by proving alternate Tx plan to avoid outages during natural disaster or fiber cut situations, providing BSC 3rd MW Protection Plan. RF EMF & MW Transmission Implementation,Survey and DTE team Coordination in Assam & NE region. Drive Test (2G,3G, LTE), TRAI drive, Site Optimization & customer Complaint on MS Ericsson for Vodafone Project. Worked as Project Coordinator & Project Manager at different telecom vendor companies. I have experience of all field activities and Coordination of Field Engineer for All Operators RF EMF DT and I&C Services.(Ericsson Samsung NEC Nokia) Airtel Jio and Vodadone. For Bharti Airtel, HFCL-BSNL & Samsung Jio Project I have coordination experience of NESA CIRCLE.
