I also have extensive experience in leading and optimizing operational processes, systems, and policies at Urban Company, where I increased customer satisfaction, retention, and loyalty. Additionally, I have a strong background in learning and development, crisis management, and business presentation, gained from my previous roles at Uber and McKinsey & Company. I hold an MBA from the Swiss School of Business and Management, and a Bachelor of Commerce from Shri Nehru Maha Vidyalaya.
